I won the lottery on 15th January 2025 and given withdraw option. But I didn’t receive single penny till today. In the website, they have mentioned 22 business days, but it’s been more than 2 months. I’ve shared so many mails, but receiving same reason mails from different people. I have shared grievance in their support also, but no response.
