I am writing this review on second day of discharge of my wife as I completely disappointed with the way we had been treated in this so called well known hospital . Actually they have been over rated and people should know the inside reality.
Staff is very rude, arrogant and careless may it be sisters or " Mavshis" . They even don’t know how to behave with the patient who has undergone tremendous mental stress before and after surgery( its a C Section specialty hospital), also with the relatives.
There was one bell, it was supposed to have anyone from the nurse station to be in the room after pressing the bell, however during our stay of 4 days, we never got this service and after pressing the bell, we need to call in person to do the needful. Sometimes they show such a body language or facial expression like they are doing some kind of favor to us.
The most ugly moment came at the time of discharge where my wife had to go to the sister in charge on second floor with a request to have a bath to baby, but the answer which we got was left us surprising and irate . As per her entire staff is so busy as they could not attend this request and asked us to take the baby as it is( without bath) with us and why you want this as no one asked this before . That arrogant lady did not cared that day was Auspicious( Gudhi Padva) .
Billing procedure is not transparent and they even charged separately for extra worst /dirty mattress for one relative to be stayed with patient, moreover they charge for that person also . Now come on how come patient and baby stay alone in the hospital after delivery, that shows hospital is only after making money and do not have this common sense or any caring attitude .
I have been asked to fill up feedback form on second day where as discharge was after 4-5 days, how come they got the ISO certification?
Friends, if you are reading this review and have any intent to get admitted in this hospital, please avoid, avoid and avoid . They have enough customers( yes I will call customers instead of patients) now and they do not need anymore .
