Headache with Guru IPTV cancellation process

This is my first review posting on public, for any new product there might be challenges to become popular in the market. Here is what my experience on Guru IPTV.


I purchased GURU IPTV service on 5/24 - $310 , mainly I asked for Kids programs (Telugu, Hindi & English movies), initially service was good, they able to suggest how to navigate, also notice lots of content is missing , when I asked it will take time to refresh the content and loads after some time, but never happened for me, also some times streaming is not good.


when I asked my kids to watch the new content instead of Netflix, they felt very bored on this IPTV kids channel programs, there is nothing new, just repeating the same movies.


I requested them to cancel the service in a Week of purchase, I waited for another week for cancellation process may be will take time, but till today they never cancelled the service.


Today 6/25 10:30 PM CDT , now its 1 month completed I called them to check the status, still they are saying concerned person is not available and he never call you back, there is noway to escalate this to higher management, they are justing stopping to escalate cancelation process. and waiting us for another day, and you will be busy in another day or may forget, again the process repeats.


Seems to be the process of cancellation service sucks, they don’t have proper cancellation /return process.


Politely I was keep asking on what time the conerned person will be available , I said am available all the times, as usual no calls from the concerned person.


I am not going to call Guru IPTV customer service, as there is no use they won’t cancel . Lets see when that concerned person will call me or may be never call.
