Very Bad experience - Worst Customer Service

After purchasing the device it was all ok for 2 months. Then it started with video freezing issue and it won’t go away. One week I sat call in every days and working with support but no use. They will say random things and promise a technician will call to resolve it asap but none will call you. I have sent email for requesting refund and also in WhatsApp channel but no use and no response. Planning to work with my bank to get refund. Such a worst experience.
