Bad Service, Wrong Promises and Worst Customer Ser

Guru IPTV has bad service and worst customer service. I prepaid for their service for 5 years and after one month I started having issues with buffering on live channels and shows/movies in the video club. Whenever I call them they say they are fixing it but have been facing this issue since September. I asked for refund in December and they said they will call me back in 15-20 mins and they never did. I called them more than 15 times in the last 2 months and they haven’t refunded the amount yet.

Also I had requested for some movies and shows to be added(as promised during signing up for their service that they can add movies/shows that we would like) and called for that more than 8 times and they still haven’t added it.

Don’t sign up for their services at all. Worst IPTV service ever.
