Avoid this cheap provider

If anyone can avoid anything then they should avoid this service. From day 1 the box has an issue and after many days of continuous follow up still the issue does not got resolved and still I am not able to watch anything. The customer care do pick up the phone but they don’t do anything. This has been 15 days and till not resolved.
