The most famous restaurant for college students in Sion is Gurukripa, it is a vegetarian restaurant. There are some six to seven  colleges nearby, and this place is very close to Sion station so students usually visit during birthday parties, to have evening snacks or just to hang out with friends. Samosa’s  of this restaurant are  very famous along with Dahi Wada, Pattice  and different varieties  of snacks. Students usually get bore of the canteen stuff  and because of the restrictions on pocket money being a student, can’t afford  big restaurants now-and-then. The menu list includes varieties of food like breakfast(idli, medu  wada, sandwiches, dhokla etc.), lunch(which can include paw bhaji, puri bhaji, chole batura, pulaw, paneer  veg, etc.), it contains both Indian as well as western food dishes(Burgers and pizzas), even we get  various sweet dishes like gulab jamun, rasagulla, dahi kachori to name a few.  Here, we also get dishes in combos where in,  we can test two to three types of food  at a time. Not only college students but the staff members as well as the nearby office staff visit this place. Now as am no more a college student at Sion nor my office is close to it, I will miss the food.
