Although Snajay Leela Bhansali, according to Wikipedia, is an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India, it seems that he must have missed some of the most important lessons while completing his academic training there. Guzaarish, like most other Bhansali films, is more concerned about how it wants to be perceived rather than what it really wants to do.
