GVPR ENGINEERS LTD. : This company is a fake company dont join them they first have an interview and then they tell you to pay a certain amount and then they give you a job saying for rs 10000 /- a month salary. Then at they end of they month they give you rs 3000 /- salary by saying you dint work properly they company is lagging behind in orders and such silly reasons. When I complain it to they chairman he just says it financial departments job to look into it and just sends me off.
They dont provide any salary benifits they just provide you with a lot of fake promises which they cannot come up with so my personal advice dont pay them registration fees
Their is nothing called job security they can fire you without prior notice so dont ever expect them to give you anything in writting about job security there is no job security term they know .
No carrer growth if you are a feesher from engineering field they will make you work for 10 hours for rs 3000/- a month which is well below they average salary a bus driver gets so dont go for this job .
Work environment is very bad they have a very bad work environment no safety with all old machines we have to work I would recommend not to work with this company because of 0% safety of they employee.
CEO is they worst person he will not care to hear your greviances He will also not look into any managers work .
My humble request go to some reputed company other than this company .
