Hi am manu, I spent 3 years in the gym , I want to talking about workout side effect and disadvantage of gym, when we stated the work out first time , them we felling some pain in our body, and work out made our body strong but when we stoped the work out then our body change in loss musels and felling so tired and some parts of our made badely and badely effected.
