The staff at mumbai phoenix mall outlet is negligent, untrained, rude and arrogant. Mr Vishal who claimed to be the floor manager defines these qualities at its best.
I purchased three bags and paid for the same by debit card. They did not remove the tag from one of the bag. Mind you there was no rush as such nor a big line for billing. When I was exiting, my bag was checked because at the exit it beeped. I am a respectable person from a good family so this nuisance was not acceptable to me. I requested to speak to the manager, who refused to come and see me. After creating a little bit of noise, the floor manager MR Vishal comes to speak to me.

not ready to accept that staff is careless, is not briefed on regular basis and least interested. WEll if manager attitude is the same, how can you expect anything better from the staff under him!
it is insulting for good paying customes to be stopped when bag beeps because of your staff negligence. not expect from h&m atleast.
disgusting experience.i returned the bag which had the tag.mr vishal was least bothered and disinterested with the attitude that its ok if you dont come to buy again.we have other fools who dont bother about being checked and come back to buy.
