I went to habibs for hair cutting. It was my worst experience of my life. I was told that they where professionals and had a good experience. So I asked to be me a hair cut asper my face suites. He started to suggest some of the process or you can say he asked to first get shampooed my hair then asked to get them conditioned. I agreed on everything. Then when the time came for cutting they changed their positions and a new guy started the cutting and at last the cutting which he did on my hair was so simple and was not even close to the cutting design which they finalised with me. I was so frustrated and asked to set it in a proper manner. The staff started to misbehave then finally I called the manager of mall and spoke to the habibs manager and then when I got to tell everything the staff guys where in control of mine. That was not the end they told to their manager that We the customers are trying to harsh them.I was not the one alone there where other customers too who had the same problem.
