I have installed hafele bloom tendom in my kitchen.It is very expensive but very poor in quality as per my experience.In first month of installation It is not working properly and after complaint to customer care their visiting person given very bad excuse that your installation is 2mm difference in size and no dust partical should touch the tendom body , take 60 kg tendom in small drawers also, use only 18 mm ply in shutters etc.and they can’t give any service.I have used enox tendom also and it is very good in working. I advice all people as per my personal experience and very bad experience of hafele customer service go for enox, heteche or any local brand instead of this brand.I have decided to replace all hafele tendom with enox or hettche or any good quality and service brand.
