Hair and care is a hair oil. But I did not like it.
First of all it is costly and the quality according to price is not satisfactory. The oil is so thin it cimes with some weird smell. The fragrance is not good enough after applying it to hair. The good thing is that its not sticy to hair.
It does nit have the comtent to make your hair shiny. You can not make style after using this because due to thin oil it comes out and spread on face too.
