I can’t believe I am the first one to write about this clinic in Bangalore, because I think there are enough people in Bangalore who have been taken for a ride by the so-called doctors of this so-called clinic. In one word- this is nothing but a Scam.
They are fooling people in the name of STEM Cells. What are using is some kind of oil on the head which is made from some extracts from wheat and soy and those proteins which you get for 50-100 rs in the market. They are making it into a serum form which they will apply in your head and claim that it will grow hair. They will tell you that you need around 12-15 sessions to see improvement, but something will come in 3-4 sessions itself. Believing that I started my treatment there and till today I have taken 6 sessions so far.
The cost of each session is around 10, 000 bucks, which means they have looted from me a cool 60, 000 rupees. And after all that money has been spent, how much growth do you think would have come. Zero. In fact negative growth, because even my hair fall has not come down even now so I have only lost more hair. I was foolish enough to fall for their words and now they are saying that you have to take 15 sessions for me to see improvement. Which means I have to pay another 90, 000.
So I asked them ok give me guarantee that I will get the growth that you put in advertisement. You should have seen their reaction. Suddenly they lost interest in me and the doctor started giving all sorts of evasive answers, saying nobody in medicine can give guarantee, anything can happen and all that rubbish. So I asked him, then why are you charging so much, so he tells me that it is the cost of the stem cell serum. That is when I asked him ok, give me formulae and I will research and see if it actually costs that much.
That’s when I came to know that its is just a big SCAM. There is no stem cells they are using, it is some protein mixture that they are applying to the head, which even you and I can make at home and apply for ourselves and that will not cost more than 100-200 rupees per month. For that they are asking me to pay 1.5 lacs and even after that no guarantee. I have stopped my treatment there, but sadly lost 60, 000 of my hard earned money. So my advice to you all reading this, is that dont be fooled by their sweet talk and all this talk about new treatments like stem cells, PRP and all that. It is all unproven treatment, but because we are desperate to try anything, we clutch at straws and then end up losing our money and our hair.
One last thing- at the start of treatment, if you are very doubtful, they will make you speak to one patient of their who is getting good results. DONT BELIEVE THAT GUY. I think he is on the payroll of this clinic itself.
