Food presentation- appreciable. Packing done in front of us. Chicken and mutton is only available no beef. Packed in strong boxes which holds a lot of quantity.
Ambience- a little outlet but enough for a small group to dine in or if anyone has some take away order he or she can easily wait under fan because we know how hot is kolkata in summers.
Customer service- The best in howrah. They listen to customers. Some customers like masala rice of biryani some like to have it light. They listen and give as requested. They also ask which piece the custoner would like to have. The best part of their biryani is alu and alu in kolkata biryani makes the plating complete. Fast service even on rush days.
