I stopped by Haldiram at Okhla/Sarita Vihar, Delhi and ordered some stuff and a shake which was most expensive (Rs 103+tax) called Midnight Beauty. It was expected to be better than chocolate shake etc as those were cheaper but it finally turned out to be Vanilla ice-cream in Cola. On asking Manager, he just pointed out our mistake that we should have asked about ingredients before buying.
Imaging someone selling you boiled rice for the name of White House Fantasy or so. Anyways, this is just to make you aware that this is the tactics used by Haldiram and managers doesn’t care about the complaints even after stating that we will put the reviews online. This may or may not change anything for Haldiram but guys you should really think whether we should pay high price for the NAME only.
