I have been living in Sarojini Nagar since 2005. At first there were no BIG FRANCHISE here, but then south square came up with few restaurants. Haldirams being one of them was thought to be one of the best family restaurants. But when I went there, I did not like the ambience and the seating arrangement isn’t good enough. And the service, PATHETIC.
Sharing a short story that happend with me here. I ordered a masala dosa, chole bhature and pav bhaji. I got all the food in time but the person at pav bhaji counter was so rude, manneless and he did not have any respect for time as well. It took me 40 minutes juat to wait for the pav bhaji and when in between I complained it to the manager, the person refused to serve me just because it took him 40 minutes and it was my fault that I had been waiting there for the food that I had paid for( a sarcastic line for people who did not understand) .
My food was all cold and I DID NOT ENJOY IT. Haldirams at sarojini nagar is a big no no from my side.
