To start off with the plot of the story seems to be unbalanced and like a cliche Bollywood movie. It doesn’t seem like a novel. The one line story is that a poor village boy falls In love with a rich girl who says she can be his half girlfriend and in the end says she has a disease n sends him away for his good. This reminds me of a karan johar movie.if u are looking to read a novel then this isn’t the one.
