This film is basically the "ae dil hai mushkil" version of chetan bhagat.
Plot: Same old love story which starts like a crush/fling at the start. which later on leads to desperation.
The boy will be from a reputed college , and the girl he likes will be the most beautiful and popular girl of the college . and she doesnt have a good relation with her parents . so she finds to escape with the help of music. But the boy will be madly in love with her .
even if she rejects him many times
And this is where the literal meaning of the song , "main phir bhi tumko chahunga comes into play" .
Performance: The perfomance of the actors were fine . not bad at all . although I feel shraddha kapoor gave her best . she looks absolutely beautiful , a perfect cast for the film. But how can the actors help if the story itself doesnt make any sense.
Music: Its bang on ! awesome music .
And also one of the reasons why u would watch the film .

Cinematography is really descent . not great at all . my personal favorite was when
madhav’s ( arjun kapoor) looks b4 and after the breakup . the beard transition to be precise.
