Fuddu Book and Fuddu Movie...

As already been proved that his books are failing so hard that it is surprising the producers are wasting their money on making a movie out of it.

Failure of his books made into movies like two state. and others except 3 idiots which was saved by Raju Hirani. was enough for me to restrain from the movie.

The plot of the movie is based on the book of chetan bhagat of same name. has nothing to offer. A boy Arjun Kapoor who comes from a bihari background with a knowledge of very tuta futa English comes to study in a high profile college in Delhi on sports quota.

After appearing in the interview when he comes out and visits the basket ball coat. his eyes catches Shraddha Kapoor trying to learn basket ball. He instantly falls into love and then tries to impress her by teaching her a few tricks about basket ball and helps her to nail the selection procedure.

They bond around basket ball and then Arjun Tries hard to convince her to become her girlfriend. While shraddha who is not interested in relation after continuous tries by Arjun agrees to to become his girlfriend with half hearted. hence the name is Half girlfrined.

The movie lacks in the story, surprises, humor, message(sometimes forced into the scenes), or any kind of entertainment. You come out of the movie felt like tortured for 2 hours.

Performance: While Arjun does a good job in portraying a bihari boy. shraddha always have failed me convince about his acting capabilities. she tries to be cute and confident but I couldn’t be more disheartening

Other characters like Madhav’s Friend and his mother looked more promising performance wise.

Music: Talking about music. there was one song which I liked was Baarish. others were so so . and I could easily ignored them by checking my whatsapp and facebook.

Cinematography: The camera work is so so but does its job for the poor story and has nothing to offer much as a part of cinematography. some of the moments like rain scenes, then basket ball scenes worked out nicely.

The movie was boring and I don’t think it deserve the ticket prising more than 50 rupees.
