We usually use two or three other e-card sites but we receive cards from Hallmark from a relative who uses this site. We almost always have some difficulty in viewing the card-either by it getting timed out or not showing at all. This tends to happen around holidays-somewhat less on personal dates when the site wouldn’t have any special increase in volume.
The cards are pretty when you get them. We have tried sending back cards from the site and usually give up and go elsewhere.
On the positive side-if you are interested in finding out what’s available at the Hallmark store, updating Gold Crown Club info or purchasing Hallmark products online there is a lot here. It is slow for these purposes as well.
