We, four friends decided to visit Coonoor-Ooty during Mar’07. We got to know bout Hammock while browsing & called them up.
It took some odd 4 days to get the first e-mail communication with details on the place to stay. When called up their office no. the particular executive was always with other client & didn’t have the time to call back or rather didn’t have the courtesy to call back the given no. When we tried to speak to another executive, he wanted a day time just to check the availability of place.
When asked if they can arrange for commute, he was not in a position to give a clear answer. Even the new executive didn’t bother to revert back on the given no. Guys, my request is if you are depending on this Hammock folks to arrange your booking etc. RED WARNING. Keep a backup plan else you will also end up spending time in city.
