A Visit Historical Place in Karnataka

I Visited Hampi in the month of September. In September it is not advisable to visit the place because of the hot climate. u can visit in November to February. It’s an amazing place to gain knowledge about both the history and architecture. but the visitor has to take their own transportation arrangements because the public transport is not good and available other than that Hampi is a must visit place.


Hampi is a village located in northern part of Karnataka. Hampi is the best place for archaeological Tourist and history lovers. The city was created during the Vijayanagara empire. Hampi is an important religious centre, the famous Virupaksha temple is located there and other important monuments to the old city. The temple is dedicated to Virupaksha, a form of Lord Shiva. the city Hampi is located on the bank of the river Tungabhadra. The group of monuments in Hampi is declared as UNESCO world heritage sites because of its amazing architecture.


The group of monuments in Hampi includes Jain temples, Lotus Mahal, the Mantapas, musical pillars and the stone chariot of Vittala temple.
