I went for this movie just because it had Will Smith in it. I like many of his films like Bad Boys, MIB, Ali etc etc. But this movie was quite disappointing.
What was disappointing?
Will Smith? No, he was superb as ever and the role of John Hancock couldn’t have suited anybody else.
Charlize Theron? No, she was looking as hot as ever.
Action? No, the movie had some excellent action sequences.
Plot? Yes, it was the main culprit in the whole movie. The plot was so loose that after half-an-hour of movie, you seem to loose interest in it. The ending, especially was very bad. I mean, if you have a super-hero movie you gotta have at least one super-villian fighting him at the end. But the ending was totally disappointing and in movies the climax is what makes an impression of the movie. So you have guessed the impression was not good at all.
You can watch it one time but I would suggest to rent a DVD or wait for it to come on any movie channel.
