I saw Hancock on DVD, and thought it to be a good flick. Agreed, it was’nt a very powerful storyline, but once in a while I actually like to watch movies that are pure action and humour without a real reason. Afterall, I believe all men are children on the inside, and this movie is made to appeal to those children hiding inside those men.
I loved Hancock’s attitude and character. It was refreshingly different from other super heroes who are always duelling between good and evil or are always trying to save the planet from some bald headed freak meant to be a villian.
The most important thing about this movie is it has 2 of my favourite stars, Will Smith & Charlize Theron. I believe Will Smith is one of the finest actors of our time, and ditto for Charlize Theron. Not to mention that she is probably one of the most beautiful women I have ever laid eyes upon.
I suggest watch it with a light heart and in a light mood for a decent evening in the couch with a bagful of chips and a beer, & you won’t be dissapointed.
