Handique Girls College is a constituent college of the University of Guwahati. It is one of the oldest colleges in India. My close friend studied in this college. Public transport is not easily available. The campus is not. well-developed. All the modern amenities should provide in future. The food quality provided is not good. The infrastructure is ok. The library has an impressive collection of books, journals, newspapers and magazines, e-resources like CDIDVD, e-journals, e-books, bibliographic databases, etc. The college should spread mutual cooperation, understanding and love will make their students cofortable of having a better place in society. They should focus more attention to non academic side of students. I am not that much impressed.
