I used to suffer from depression, but now Im mostly content with my life.
How I handle my depression
1. I start listening to cool music that stop me from thinking about the feelings
2. I start to look at my old pictures with my family and friends and my love ones and it help to change your thoughts because you would remember your memories with every individual you see on your photos
3. I call someone that makes me happy and special to me
4. I seek for solutions to help me out of the situation which I dont need to suffer for too long
Handling depression help you to have rest of mind and also helps you too think and sleep well, it saves you from creating suicide and wanting to cause some loss to your friends and family ?? the most important thing to do is to find love it settles. ?? ??????????????
