WE ARE NEVER DEPRESSED FROM OUR THINKING.

We are never depressed by our independent thinking. It is always a reaction to others in our lives whether we are depressed or angry. We react to others as we have been taught by our elders. We replay their reaction to others as they have done.

Therefore, we cannot blame any one for what they do in their lives. We can only  try to change their thinking  if we can by our actions and reactions.

If we cannot change them, the nature will destroy them. It is the way of the Nature.

It has been described by a psychologist name Morton Prince that all thinking and actions of a person are programmed by his parents, peers, and friends. Their personalities as dissociated as they may be are transferred in  to the mind of the child.

If we are any better in our, we have to help our and sisters to think in a better way. This is the law of compassion of the people in the world.
