I have had hang overs in the past also see friends with hang overs, not fun at all to have one, I found that the best way is not to over do it the night or day before reduce alchohol intake.
now to help drink plenty of fluids once you are up take 2 tylenols extra strength, rest do not get up fast out of bed, or you can also eat menudal, or some people drink one beer. lol, but hang overs do tend to ruin the next day so if you do not like hang overs, dont drink alot, just enough to enjoy your time, that way the effects after will not be as severe. Drink a glass of milk before going out to drink to also coat your stomach, do not drink with out haven eaten also. use tums for the gas, as if I drink beer I get gas right away and feel bloated soon as im drinking it, ugh. hope this helps, im sure many people will also have there own home remedies and opinions. dont drink then you wont have any hangovers:)
