What is stress?. -part 2

In any given situation, stress creates alarm which leads to resistance and finally exhaustion it manifests itself in several mamers like headache, lack of appetite, acidity, vomiting, decrease in memory, lack of concentration, trembling, perspiration, jealousy, anger and various other ailments.


the main reasons of stress are-organisational stress, group stress and individual stress.organisational and group stress are similar in nature.targets at workplace are fixed within a time frame, which are unrealistic or too ambitious, thus causing mental stress and frustration.individual stress are at times caused by one’s imagination or self created when one is not able to cope with situations.


stress at various levels leads to physical, psycholigical and behavioural problems.one feels disoriented and frustrated which gets manifested in behaviour pattern in a day to day activity.remedial action such as coping strategies for stress, regular exercises and meditation is the strongest way to combat stress.
