Hangla’s of Andheri is as famous as the Lokhandwala market itself. Located at the Lokhandwala circle, Hangla’s is a famous spot for a quick bite during the late hours of the night.
It is not typically a restaurant per se. It more like a stall with a few seating arrangements, but I am not complaining. Mostly people, out on a long drive, show up here to grab rolls and wraps and hardly a few bother to actually sit down and eat.
Let’s talk about the main attraction at Hangla’s, which is, its food. Hangla’s serves some traditional biryani, chicken fry, chicken bharta and kheema on the go but mostly it is famous for its wraps and rolls. The list of rolls Hangla’s offers includes chicken kheema, fish kheema, nawabi mutton and chicken and many more.
The rolls here are counted among the best ones Mumbai has to offer and a close second would be Tibbs. They are scrumptious have a generous amount of filling and can also be custom made if a certain someone is too picky.
It’s not a place where you could take someone out on a date but you could definitely visit it with friends and people who are not too fussy.
