So Today I am here to share my reviews on Hangout cake which is Choco de café.
Combining blend & whipping of Cappuccino & Chocolate was not so perfect.
It could have been more premium as compared to their other products.
I could see holes frosting up to cover them when sliced & this is generally due to over mixing or improper mixing.
In this case the culprit could have been the ingredients which absorbs moisture such as flour or any milk solids & equally culprit could be an over-baking.
Presentation was decent.
400 Bucks for 1/2 Kg was an so so.
