I availed their service and they cheated me at every possible step. They will charge you @3% for insurance, but they actually go for a transit insurance which is just 0.15%. They broke all my glass items, bed was broken, trolley was broken. Ramniwas was very abusive whenever contacted. He says if you don’t pay money as we demand we will not give your items. Also they have no network in the country. Your goods will arrive late at night at around 2 am. So, if you want to lose your items and lose your peace of mind go for their service.
Else chose another reputable carrier.
