Haptik is a really good app ideawise, the concept is excellent, they have various feauteres such as reminders, shopping, recharge, travel and many more
1]to talk about the layout and design it seems to be very easy using app and very good ui.

3] it is easy to use for those who dont love to get stucked at any online function seeking proper website
4] absolutely a very usefull app but has many pros and cons which I will entitle below
PROS
1] good ui
2] excellent feauteres
3] support at fingertips
4] every service is just a chat away
5] travel system is excellent can book train bus tickets
6] good offers and coupons
CONS
1] BANK TRANSFER OPTION NOT WORking I faced this issue my bank transfer of rs 105 is still not transferred in my bank account it has been 15 days I contacted them and every time I contact them they just tell me that they will get back to me hence a major con according to me
2] many phones with kitkat os face problem of restarting the app constantly
3] repairs have a very high rate in the app
4] cashback earned cannot be bank transferred
these are the pros and cons according to me concept is excellent but due to just one bank tranfer error I dint like the app and I wont suggest this app to those who do frequent bank transfers there are better app for that for other functions the app is great
