Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the second book of the Harry Potter series written by J.K Rowling. It is a great book because of all the suspense it creates. It is highly interesting and I never felt bored while reading it. The book starts with Harry Potter in his home and Harry encounters with a house elf who wants to stop him from going to Hogwarts. The elf is nearly nearly successful as Harry is rescued by his friends. From the beginning of year muggle students are attacked and are stunned by an un known attacker. Every time someone is attacked harry is found at the place of incident. Hence everyone in school considers him to be the Heir of Slytherine, the old wicked founder of Hogwarts who wanted that muggle born children must not study magic. In the end he Harry finds the real heir of Slytherine and kills him with the pet snake living in the belonging to Salazar Slytherine
