I was so excited when I heard the news that J K Rowling is going to release another potter book, I guess that was the case for all potter heads like me. So happy and excited and of all the stories of our imagination and what will after 19 years be like to harry and his friends.
but to tell you that it was a huge disappointment was a sad thing to me as well.
well people may argue this statement as Rowling wasn’t much involved with this, she just gave permission, somebody els wrote the story . aside of all the conspiracies, the bottom line is the story sucks and will be a huge scar to all the Rowling fans like me.
The book is basically a play, a mere idea of what happens when harry is a parent and send his kid to Hogwarts school of witch carft and wizardry .
The plot deals with time travel(which is common now is allllllllllllllll si fi stuffs we see these days) . Nothing new about this and is portrayed better in those other series than this. Spoiler isnt it? They time travel three times and the third one is to correct the 2nd two times?and u have to believe that the time realm has not changed that time? hmmmmmm. thik about it people.
Another factor which brings cringes to our faces will be the characters acting out of their characters. All time "sweet" harry suddenly becomes rude and that to professor Minerva ? no nooo nooo. unacceptable and bit toooo much.
And Voldemort got a kid? maaaaaaaaaaaaaan Voldemort is not a family man who wants kid and stuff. his aim was to be immortal and be the powerful wizard of all time? was not that very clear when he killed harry’s parents and tried to kill harry when he was a baby which is the main story line I guess. Then why would you change this .why throne why?
Overall Bad experience, waste of time for a overpriced book.
