I worked with the Companies earlier but working with Harsha Toyota.LB Nagar is completely the second the best experience till date.in my professional career.May be its not only because of harsha but also with Toyota presence.
My journey in Harsha Toyota is only for 15 Months but experience is the best.Dont believe in that area no body expects the dealer ship with Toyota with such a world class facilities and believe me this is largest and best Toyota dealer in hyderabad in terms of Infrastructure, ample space, good man power and excellent service facilities.there is no cramped service.
Intially only possible sales are only 35 to 40 cars per month but today if we see minimum easily achievable numbers are 100 plus only what a remarkable success and its going beyond expectations inspite of other dealer presence in uppal which is hardly fews kms away.its just because of area that exists, sales staff, best leadership and ofcourse with evergreen Toyota brand.its just goes on like that.
Customers dint expected this sought of dealership with world class facilities in the mass area like LB Nagar to Hayathnagar road.Most selling cars are only Innova and Etios and to some extent Fortuner and Liva, Cross etc.Like every thing under one roof.as car sales, finance, insurance, accessories etc.where customer need not to move out for other requirements, very neatly and ample space for car display and best route for test drive.best delivery experience, inbound service at place.all these are pros.of course to some extent there are some cons.like job satisfaction is not ok to some extent but job security is ok employee will not be until he quit on his own unless he does any scam or any indicipline concern.other cons is accounts is very much stronger than sales.though its not all a good sign but keeping earlier instances in mind sales team lost their privilege of importance.any file need to get approval from MD or ceo for further process unless there is strong recommendation from accounts dept.and accounts dept is like DETECTIVES will keep on checking unnecessary and irritating sales staff with their rude behaviour to much extent this most cons in the company and nobody can put end to this.another important thing is incentives declarations and sales guys if he does 100% target also he will not complete incentive as there is many hidden facts as liva or cross mandatory.which is minus for money earners.other wise everything is systemised, each dept has its own team and does their duties as prescribed.TImely salary and paid conveyance on time which is good and I enjoyed each every moment and I always feel bad unnecessarily quit company.
I strongly recommend people who want to work in Harsha toyoota can happily join and customers also can purchase Toyota cars too.
