False claims and commitment

I have complained about 10 times for the poor net speed. 2 Mbps is also difficult as against 50MBPS plan. Tired of complaining as they have standard answers. Complaints are not at all taken seriously. They just close the online complaints on their own without solving the problem. Is there another way to complain! Please guide.


I would prefer to give negative rating for such a bad attitude of the company.
