App not working... no one lifting the phone at customer care....i have paid 4500/- for HD settop box and not able to renew, my servicesis on hold. I request Mukesh Ambani who invested in Hathway business...to look for a quality service like Jio. Hathway is a sinking boat...no startergy, poor business execution. I don’t know how Mukesh Ambani got attracted to a sinking boat. He has to take ownership and show shameless management....how to run a business.
