I have bought Havells adonia 25 litres guyser 2 yrs before. When I restart in this winter this is not working. I made a complaint regarding this on 30/11/18 to the customer care. Technician came on same day and told me one part to be replaced and went out. Unfortunately still my problem has not fixed. I am calling customer care daily and they daily answer me that your problem will be solved today. But nothing happens. So please don’t buy Havells products to save your hard earned money.
