We were happy with our old grinder. But we thought to buy a new one and brought the Havells Maxx Grind as it has 2 year warranty and 5 year motor warranty.
We used the Havells Mixer Grinder only two to three times a week. Post one year, it stopped suddenly. We thought there may be some minor issue, so called the customer care. The customer care dept. is very good, their duty to register the complaint only. My complain got registered
We are happy, how it’s so quick.
After four day, the customer care dept. call us again and told “your Havells Mixer Grinder issue is resolved and what is your feedback on the service".
I got astonished, I told it’s not resolved. He told “Havells Mixer Grinder issue closed from the technician side, still we are raising one more complain for it and technician will contact you with in 48 hour".
No technician contacted us. When I called the technician, he never picked up(Only God knows if it is a real number of a technician). Then, every 3-4 days the customer care call me and ask me, what is the status of Havells Mixer Grinder? "It’s not resolved and no technician contact me and the number I got in message is nobody pick the call" is my answer and they again raise one complain.
It’s just like a time loop movie where I am experiencing the same span of time which is repeated. One more thing, every time the customer care said, this time a new technician will call you, but got message the same number and same name. It’s already one month over.
My opinion, if you purchase the Havells Mixer Grinder brand product, if any issue just forget the warranty.
