Halloo to Reviewers, This is a Plastic Body, Electric Kettle. Its price is somewhat high, and there is no "service guarantee", from seller’s end. After using it hard for one month, it was giving some sparking noise from the Kettle’s base region. I took it to the local shop from where I had bought it, just a month ago. He opened the base compartment and tightened the electrical connections, and the fault was rectified.
The very same fault again appeared after some 7 to 8 days of its previous repairs. This time also the seller’s electrician repaired it, and it was working well.
But after one month of usage, it suddenly stopped heating altogether. And on approaching the seller’s electrician, I was informed that the "Heating Element", has got damaged, and needs to be replaced. And as there is no "Service support", from the companies side, I had to bear its full replacement cost.
I, had no option left, but to pay the repairing cost, and get it repaired; it took full 15/16 days for the seller to deliver the repaired Kettle to me. After which I managed to find a customer to sell it off at a very low price, for the good.
