Hi friends today I am going to express my review about habells swing lx 400 mm Table Fan . I purchased it from a local store six months ago with in rupees thousand and one hundred rupees and it was a big mistake from me . From the date of purchase I have been facing a lot of trouble . First of all after using just first two months the fan has stopped working then I was very tense and I visited to the store where I purchase but the shopkeeper said they could not help me, I had to contact with the customer care of havells . And then I called the customer care of havells . The customer care survice is though very decent of havells . After calling to the customer care a representative have visited at my home and after checking the product thy told the motor of this fan has damaged .You can not expect that kind of incident with the products of a very well known popular brand . So I was very much dissapponted for that and I requesting him to change the product but they told me the could replace the motor only and after that though the fan is running smoothly but I don’t know how many time it can run smoothly . The looks of this fan is very decent and the air which is delivired is very decent also but the fan is too noisy and this noise can disturb you at the night time . I already mentioned the service support of this brand is very decent but you can not expect any kine of servicing of the products of this big brand at least during one or two years . So in my point of view it is not a reliable product after spending a lot of amount for just a table fan you can not expect for this type of situation . And this product is also very much expensive . There are a lot of good options available in the market even below of this price . So I think comptron is much better than havells I have an comptron fan also which one’s price is just seventeen hundred rupees but it has more air flow than the havells fan and I have been using it for more than three months with out any problem . So it is better to go for other brand.
