I recently bought Hawkins make 3 liter interlid pressure cooker and pleased to see the design and its performance. it cooks rice and daal in just 10 minutes, very fast and quick cooking process takes place in this cooker. I would recommend this cooker to the people. the price is also very less and this unit is very light weight and easy to handle.When hot the handle given is non-metallic which stops the transfer of heat and lets you handle it well
