As some someone of you might not know satilon is a material 2.4 times harder than stainless steel. This is an intregal part of metal. now as you can think this means the surface is extremely hard and robust. this is the main thing which looks and feels very good compared to plain aluminum cooker body.
Now coming to the pressure cooker it is having stainless steel lid with gasket. you can use any metal stirrer or metal ladle in the cooker as the material does not peel off or gets damaged. dry heating and roasting will also not cause any heat marks as the material is very tough. The cooker base is thicker so cooker stays flat after repeated use.
All in all an excellent product for Indian households. Very good buy and good value for your money.
