This laptop is good and easy in use. Laptop look and body is okay. Body should be more solid and high quality. In laptop don’t have features like mouse pad locking. But its going heat so much fast and sometimes I am getting blue screen automatic restart. Laptop weight is a bit high. design is not sleek and slim. Battery back is okay. But processor is not fast as they say. Cost is expensive according to laptop. Services and support is okay.
