HCL is the first and best company which I worked for 5 years. Through out my 5 years I never had any bad experience with my company. Since this is my first company, it is always close to my heart.
I worked in the same project for 5 years. By saying this itself you can understand that I had a good growing curve in the project. I had a good increment and promotion through all the year. I was a a’Specialist’ when I resigned from the company.
The most attractive thing which I found in this company is that we had many academic program for enhancing our skill set and knowledge. And also another attractive thing is that you get a promotion and incentives once you clear the academy.
Your job is secure with HCL. Even during the time of recession, jobs of HCL employees were secure.
HCL had an awesome working environment. we will not feel like that we are working in an office. One good thing is that HCL is not only an employee friendly but also have an Eco friendly campus.
In most of the companies, its very difficult to get in touch with the CEO’s for our queries. But in HCL it is not like that and it is very easy to get in touch with him. We can get in touch with him through the emails and most wonderful thing is that we get our queries cleared soon without any delay
