I strongly recommend not to join HCL-I. There is no policies in this company If any they don’t follow them. It is survived by brand name not by its credibility of its work or policies. Management is worst in their standards and no one is fit to be in their position, they got the positions because of chamchagiri or chaplusi. No proper guidance on appraisal process or hikes. who ever chamchas to them they will get hikes not by performance. I have suffered personally in this company. So sincere suggestion to others not to join by the brand name.
If you have any other option, then go for it but not to HCL-I.
