I have purchased HCL ME TABLET Connect 2G 2.0 on 30th September. Then it gets stopped working within next two days.( Power Issue) I went to HCL service center and submit tablet for replacement at below mentioned address:- HCL Infosystem Ltd., SCO-66-67 IInd Floor Sector-17A, Chandigarh I have submit my tablet on 4th October for replacement, since it has been almost 1 month passed and I didn’t got my new replaced tablet.

Feedback: I will definitely ask everyone in future, please beware if any HCL product, it’s fraud and worst company. Even costumer care and service center executives haven’t any answer of my queries.
Even if a car gets minor damaged, we can have it re-paired within 15 days with insurance claim. But having HCL product and it’s service is my first and worst experience of life. Best Regards info2preet@gmail.com
